Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Zaza12, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Please review our policy carefully for details on returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns You may return most new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Certain health and personal care items (e.g., opened grooming products or those that have come into direct contact with skin, for hygiene reasons).

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zaza12.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zaza12.net.

     

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@zaza12.net and send your item to the address we provide.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
